We are flexible on the day of your check-in or check-out. If you are having issues and cannot make the times please give us a call and we will really try to accommodate your situation.
We cater to families, couples, friends or individuals that are interested in a peaceful and wonderful vacation at the lake. We do not rent to businesses for business meetings or conferences, college frat groups or anyone simply wishing to have a party. We reserve the right to terminate a stay at the camp for individuals or groups that disrupt neighbors or other guests, damage the property, fail to comply with the house rules, and other disruptive or unsatisfactory conduct.

Rental Season
Cozy Cove Camp rental season for seasonal year 2022 is from May 4, 2022 through September 30, 2022.
We are contemplating renting for the off-season through October - Stay tuned for more information.
Rental season reservations are limited to seven (7) consecutive day rental minimums from Saturday through Saturday.
Reservation weeks are Saturday through Saturday.
Check-In & out Times
- Check-In time will be 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
- Check-Out time will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Special Offer 2022 Rental Season: We will be extending a 10% discount off of the 2022 rental season weekly rate for returning guests only. To qualify as a returning guest you must have rented our Cozy Cove camp at least 2 consecutive nights during the 2020 rental season. Also, any new guest that rents for 2 or more weeks will also receive a 10% discount for the second week and consecutive weeks thereafter through the 2022 season.

Refunds & Cancellations
We do not, personally, offer refunds directly to guests for any reason, including making a bad decision on a vacation to Maine during fly season. However, you can seek a refund or cancellation from Airbnb. Please refer to the policy page for information and links to Airbnb.
Some Things We Provide
To help make your stay more comfortable and fun the following is a list of some of the things that we provide for you. Our well water has been tested and is well within the EPA guidelines and completely safe to drink and cook and shower with. However, if you're like me, I love my coffee, so I prefer to bring spring water from home to make my morning cup - or two or three... Don't get me wrong, the tap water at camp does taste very good and there are no fluorides but it is a bit "hard" tasting in my coffee, and yes, I do it at home too. So we try to keep some bottled water at camp just in case you prefer it as well.

Precedent Policy
We do maintain the right to accept or deny requests for stays based on Airbnb policy. We also consider prospective guest ratings and reviews when considering whose reservation to accept with multiple requests for the same time frame. We will typically give first refusal to the first prospective guest inquiry if we have returned a favorable communication. Returning guests will most always receive priority reservations over new guests unless the new guest was accepted or offered the same time period in concert with a returning guest. A multi-week reservation request will typically receive president over all other requests not yet accepted or confirmed.
